All of my calls on my Curve 8330 (Verizon) have a background static (hissing) as soon as it starts ringing. You can really hear it in a silent room. The person on the other side does not hear it though.
You hear it from the earpiece and if you connect regular headphones (so that when you switch to speaker phone it goes to the headphones)
I have exchanged it once for this problem already, it seems worst. Any ideas besides returning it?
