Standby mode not working

My standby mode isn't working when I press the mute button down. A simple battery pull fixes it, and it will enter standby a few times, but will revert back to not working after a little. This will be my 4th battery pull within an hour. Any ideas or recommendations?

Whoa - that's different. I've been using the feature since I first read about it here on CB last week and have had no probs. Have you contacted tech support to see what they have to say? Good luck!

Nah, it hasn't annoyed me to that point yet, but it will if it keeps up. lol. Looks like i'll need another bluetooth headset for my phone also since my ps3 and curve don't seem to want to share my H500.

I'm having problems with my standby mode as well, only my problem is different from yours. I put it in standby mode every night before bed and every morning when I wake up, it's somehow out of standby mode.
