Folks i'm still fairly new to the BB community but am using my wifes old BB Curve 8330 on Sprint. When i try to access Sprint Tv using the icon on the BB it tells me "you are not authorized to use this application. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.(3000).
that is what comes up, any idea what is going on?
i have data plan, i have the $10 BIS buy up plan so it should be working.

WHICH data plan do you have?
I have their everything data plan, and it includes Sprint TV. MySprint shows this to me as an add-on, so it may not be included in all data plans.
You can verify this on your account by logging into your "MySprint" webpage, and viewing your phone&plan details.
Also, you'll probably get more answers if someone would kindly relocate this thread to the Sprint section
