For the last two weeks or so emails have been coming very slow or not at all to my gmail address on my BB. There have been times an email will show up on my BB 4-6 hrs after receiving it on my pc. Is there a fix to speed things up?

I use Gmail
it has pop imap enabled
there is one way by just deleting the email and trying again
you may want to use either gmail or hotmail
i think those are instant.
