Are the themes for the 8330 compatible for the different companies (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint) or would I need to find the specific theme for the company I have?
Themes are model-specific, not carrier specific. If you find a theme compatible with the 83xx series, you're good to go. You won't need a specific Sprint 8330 theme.
