    My sister just got the 8330 from best buy. They didnt have time to set it up but now we are back home, and the internet icon isn't showing up! We just set up her email and everything else is working fine, but there is no icon for the blackberry browser! I can't click on web links either. Any help??

    Go into options, advanced, host routing, menu ,register now, then go back to options, mobile network, menu,start provisioning

    Just found the browser in the app switcher and it said it doesn't have any service book entries for the device and to contact the service provider??
