    Ok,
I've got a Sprint Curve 8330 and a nice bluetooth GPS recever. I can use the receiver in Sprint Navigation, but of course that no longer has a speedometer in it. Does anyone know of a speedometer app that can use a bluetooth GPS receiver? I've tried speedOmeter and GPSed and both can only use the internal A-GPS (which I hate since it seems to loose signal a lot).

Yep, E-mobile GPS traffic has a feature called spedometer that's very accurate. Tested it today myself. PM me if you need help finding it.

Have you tried Blackstar? There are a few threads about it on CB or check out their website Blackstar Navigation - A free geocaching hiking and navigational utility for BlackBerry devices. It has a compass and shows speed.
