My speaker is not wroking so i can't use speaker phone or even hear it ring. I dread going to VZW cause they are always a pain, is there any way to fix it without going to them? i do have a warranty on it but if i can go around going to them i would love that.

I had the same issue yesterday. I did a battery pull and it fixed the problem. It's worth a try before bringing it in to get serviced.

While your phone is on, remove the battery for 30 seconds then put it back in and let it boot up.
