Ok ever sense i upgraded to the 4.5 os i have been having this problem...Not sure what to do..I cannot do the reprogram thing due to i share my puter and well its just not going to happen..Anyone????????

To resolve the issue you will just need to update to another OS. Here is a link on the speaker blast issue...

See if your local carrier can do the os upgrade for you. I have alltel and take my phone to the local store for os upgrades as we currently don't have internet at the house.
