i posted and was given a short answer that does not address the issue. i have heard of thart solution but read below:


i have an 8330 curve and am trying to download pocketmac but i get an ERROR 1 "skipping".....so the solution is a: PATCH or a DRIVER gather from research....the only problem it is not on blackberry.com or anywhere i looked on site or elsewhere....any clues to a link? and how best to install? i have pocketmac downloaded from blackberry.com on my desktop now. i have restarted 2x.

NEED A URL just help with a wording if necessary i.e. "dot com" etc.

i am looking on "software download" and there are about 30.

......there's servicepak / MIME etc. if this is what you meant by "below it"
