Sorry if this is a dupe, but when I tried to bump my post of several days ago, the message rejected a response, so I thoughjt I'd try again. Lotsa "database errors" several days ago.
My son has a Verizon 8330 Curve, OS 4.5 on BIS, not yet set up to sync with Outlook on his PC. Recently it has developed the sporadic habit of not receiving any emails, texts, or even BBM until he gets a call or selects Reconcile Now. Then the logjam releases and he gets all the queued messages at once. What would be the logical things to do at this poiint? (I didn't think it would be the HRT or service books because all types of messages are affected, but maybe that's a false assumption.)
