You should have gotten a cd so use it to download the BB Desktop Manager software. It takes five minutes to load on your computer and then you can sync up your BB to your outlook on your computer. I think the calendar sync is the best feature I use it all the time. You can add calendar events to your BB first or your computer but either way when you sync them up it takes about two minutes. It's a great feature.
