A friend thinks I'm not responding to their emails that I have sent. So I've resent them over and over but I don't think they're getting them. Do I need to resend my service books? If so, how do I do that, I forgot.

Are they getting to anyone else, or is it just the one person. If it's just the one person, then it's a problem with them.

To resend your service books, click open your e-mail setings icon, log in and find service books, resend them. Are others receiving your e-mails or is this the only person?

I don't email anyone else from my blackberry email. I just resent the service books so I'm waiting to see if they got the one that I sent after I resent the service books.

Do you have another e-mail account besides the one setup on you BB? If so, send an e-mail to and from your BB to that account and if you can successfully then like sunkast said its the other person. PM and ill give you one of my gmail addys to test it with.
