    Hi there. I was on the phone with Verizon customer service the other day and she mentioned something about using the shortcut self-service code to upgrade my phone's software from time to time if it doesn't do it automatically. I wrote it down and now have misplaced it. Does anyone know that #--- code? That wasn't meant as a swear by the way. Lol it's # with three numbers after it. Thanks!

    That's exactly what it is... it doesn't do it automatically, you need to do it about every 6 weeks. It just updates your phone to the new cell towers and updates your roaming capabilities.

    Do you all still do it if you never have signal issues and seem to have 4-5 bars all the time? Even if it's been about 5 months since you did it last. Just curious.
