    I just got the BB 8330 with Sprint. My software cd won't work in my laptop, so I need to download the software. The problem is there is a long list that I don't know what to choose from. Is it 4.2, 4.5,etc? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

    I would go with Desktop Manager 4.5 without media manager...

    I have seen 4.3 come with the devices, i started with 4.2 SP2 and also have tried 4.6 B23. Both work.

    Friend just got an 8330 from Sprint and it had a CD with 4.3, just checked.

    4.5 or 4.6 with no media manager are the ones to have. Do not get 4.7.
