the charge/data port is broken. so is there any way to pull everything off of the phone? like an "e-mail all" option or something? i have pictures (it would be a pain in the *** to e-mail each picture 1 by 1), contacts, e-mails, everything in my password keeper. the phone works perfectly, not a scratch on it, but i only have 1/3 of a battery to get everything off the phone before i come up with the $110 deductible and send the phone in for a replacement.

Go to blackberry repair shop and you can send it in for overnight repair for less than $100 I believe.

pictures and contacts should be saved when you backup your phone. i think the password keeper is the same.

i would find a friend with a curve and borrow their battery until you can connect to your computer to back it up via bluetooth

Yes just the phone. I don't know them well, but they seem pretty good and I am thinking about sending my 8820 in for a lens replacement. They also have a 90 day warranty on labor and parts.

Nope. Not without the data port unless your pc has bluetooth.

well, problem solved. 8th person i talked to at t-mobile customer support (her name was margarita) decided that my phone was still under warranty. so replacement phone in the mail, should be here thursday. as far as my contact list goes, when i went into my address book, there was an option to e-mail contacts as attachments. so the only thing i'm losing is my phone settings.
