...to dial the alphabet when on a call...My Work Voicemail password is a word, and haivng to remember what letters correspond to what numbers when entering in the password is a real PITA.

I remember reading somewhere that there is a way I can use the whole keypad when entering "Words" as passwords...

hit the alt button as u type the word and it will correspond to the letters.

You can also hold the shift button down.... and it does abc entry for either dialing or tones on a voicemail password..
