I've recently been experiencing a problem with my SMS -- about 75% of the time, they show as not being sent (red X), and occasionally I get a message back saying SMS Error 3.

Most of the time however, people are still receiving this SMS --- its annoying though as I never really know if they are sent are not. This just started yesterday, and I hadn't made any changes (OS, apps, etc) that would cause problems.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

For example I just sent 3 texts to the same person --- all 3 went through, but 2 of them had a red "X"
