sms notifications

hey everyone. I have not been receiving sms home screen notifications. My phone crickets but nothing shows up on the home screen. I use sms crunch, and cannot find any settings anywhere. im using the OS 4.5, and have done 2 or 3 battery pulls now and still nothing. Help me!!!!!

You should get a little red icon on the SMS folder when you get one. I don't remember if sms messages went into the general message folder on OS 4.5. They don't on OS6.
