Question?

If I create a new SMS text, the contact receives it and responds. If I respond off of that original SMS text, the contact is not receiving my response

What the problem?

I usually get a D with delivered, but I'm finding that is only with Verizon customers....

I also do not have the option on SMS to check "delivery notification"

Any suggestions why contacts are now all of sudden not getting any of my response text.
