    Is there a way to set up different folders to move sms messages to? And if there is a way can you somehow filter certain messages to go there automatically? Or can they just be moved to the saved messages folder??

    Go to Messages > Menu > Options > General Options > SMS & Email folders > Set to Separate. That is the only way you can separate your SMS/MMS messages from your emails in the "Messages" application.

    I have my email seperated already. I didn't know if there was a way to filter certain contacts to go to a seperate folder. It would be awesome if you could!
