I have the smart dialing feature on my phone set to add a certain area code before every number since I usually only dial one area code. This way, i can just dial a 7 digit number and it automatically adds the area code. This was working well for awhile, but now when i try to dial just 7 digits assuming it already adds the 724, it rings a few times but then I get an error message from verizon saying the call cannot be completed as dialed because there is no area code. Anyone know how to fix this?
