Hi I just got a tmobile curve and my prepaid tmobile sim cards work fine with the phone but when I put my postpaid one in, it doesn't work, the hourglass screen comes up for a few seconds then the screen turns black there's is a red light in the the upper right corner and then the hourglass comes back. It does that over and over again. Anybody has any idea what's wrong?

did you try putting the prepaid sims back in after the postpaid didn't work? and did your phone work? if it didn't your probably having software issues. if that's the case maybe reinstall your original os or upgrade to the 4.5.
Yes I put the prepaid back in and it works. A customer service rep suggested that I transfer my account onto a new sim card to see if that solves the problem.
