been having alot of trouble with o2 after moving to pay and go. the refuse to send you the settings or details to the phone for you to set up.. this also includes that the mms will alson not work. has anyone got any way of doing it manually or even getting it working? o2 said blackberry would have the settings. has it got something to do with someone else owning the phone before me? do i need to re submit the imei number? please someone help with info or at least a link so i can get hold of blackberry.....
Blackberry will likely refer you back to the carrier where you purchased or activated the phone. They are the ones who should be able to offer the setup support you need.
