What are you asking exactly? There is nothing to setup, you can just open it up and start browsing. Are you not able to connect to sites or something?

i'm not sure what you mean by set it up but you can go to browser/hit the menu button, scroll down to options go to browser configuration and check all of the boxes. this will give you the best view of web pages

menu>hide all> uncheck hide all. and it should show up presuming you have a bb data plan..

Go to options > Advanced Options > Browser. You can select the default browser in there.
