So, after I set up my active profile as 'Loud', with my chosen ring tone, I am allowed to have exceptions for specific callers - to which I have specific ringtones. the problem is, the exceptions seem to ring at a normal (or low) volume. In short, if I set an alternate ringtone for certain callers, it does not seem follow the volume level I set as an active profile.
did this description make sense?
Maybe it's my imagination and the ringtones I chose for my exceptions are soft anyways.
