Everytime I reboot my phone these app sevice things come back and I have to go to service book under adcanced options and delete them again stuff like NFL and Slacker radio and Skype that I never use and don't want how do I delete them permently?

You can't.

Just hide the icons and forget all about them.

I put all of mine in a folder and hid the folder. :P
