After reading the info on how to get rid of "sent from bb", I tried to enter my user name & password on Verizon site but it kept saying it was incorrect. Am I to put the name & password I use to sign in to my mail(which is what I did.)
If I change my user name & password to create a new account as suggested, will it affect my previous settings?

Well, if SD's suggestion does not work out, I would say get with Verizon as Rachel suggested. Sometimes it is a good idea to go to your carrier with such issues. In most cases, they will help you figure out the problem without much delay.
