So the company switched from alltel to sprint. they gave us all black berry 8330 to use....
Well i have a problem. I send a lot of pictures from the road over text to other people and businesses... I cant seem to do that on this phone. Sprint said i have send threw e mail. So i set up a e mail to my phone and then a G mail... Still cant send a picture to a phone that receves text.
I can text to text, but no pictures or files to text... When i send from my email to text that will not work either.
What i find strange is on my LG from ALtel i could send picture to anyone or to email... the people that have e mail could reply back to my text and i would get it...
So the qustion is why cant i send pictures to people that use text messages..
get the new 4.5 software on there. im sure its still running the 4.3 operating system. look at the top links under the sprint forum...its a huge thread explaining the install process.
