Hmmm. As of last night I can not receive emails but I can send. Where would I go to make sure all is ok/fix? I have turned off and have pulled battery.
Pull battery while the phone is on. If not resolved, go to advance settings, host routing tables, menu, and register now. Might want one more battery reset after that.
Check to see if you are getting email to your computer, if not then this is email provider issue with the server.
If the device is on the BIS go to your BIS site and resend service books. Also check the connection is valid. If it is and still not working, then delete te email souce and create it again.
