I have tried everything. I have talked with T-Mobile blackberry support and they are clueless. Basically I do not have the Send MMS option available from any menus.
I have the data plan. They have tried to re-send the service book. We have done a hard reset (full wipe) of the phone. We have re-registered the HRT.
Any other ideas out there?
What service books should I have installed? Right now I have MMS Config 2.0
ANy others needed? Also is there a MMS config option anywhere that I am missing?
