    So I did a security wipe last night of all my apps to clear my memory and start over. Now when I try to add my bb email account, it says its already existing. Now when I go to compose an email it says their is no email system configured. What?! What to do?

    Log in to your BIS from a computer.
    Click on HELP.
    Click on "Send Service Books".
