on my BB curve 8320 when i go into the security options to disable the option to lock or unlock my phone so i dont have to do it every time i use my phone. it has a little red keypad next to it an will not let me disable it. any ideas on how i can get that to go away

Sounds like you have an IT policy on your device.

Are you on a BES? If so, you can't disable that function.

If not, then search for "how to remove an IT policy" for instructions.
