No. You cannot p/word protect individual applications. It's the
whole device or nothing.

i got a better question!! I unhooked my 9000 from my PC because it was not responding to the via USB. when i unhooked it the screen on my bb read "if you want to continue type blackberry" i typed in blackberry and i have been shafted ever since. not the password screen shows the actual key typed in th password field instead the of the ****** it would normally show and does not respond to my original password. I am not at 8/10 and have a lot of important info on my phone.
