So i charged my phone lastnight and when i took it off the charger the screen is not turning off and its saying that the phone is being charged when its not...i tried quick pull and an actual battery pull and nothing....any one have any idea?

Take the battery out with the power still on. Leave the battery out for maybe 15 minutes, then reinstall.
