The screen on my 8310 keeps going white. Like lines go accross it. It has no USB port anymore, but that hasn't seemed to ever be a problem. I've wiped it and tried many different things, but the screen just gets lines, and then it has to wait until the screen is turned off before it will work again. The phone has been dropped before. What exactly can be done to fix this, or do I need a new berry?

hmm, dropped berry with no USB port, white lines on the screen, I'd say it's probably time for a new one.

In the meantime you can try to reload your OS and see if that helps, but methinks there's some internal damage from droppage.

I would have toi agree. Especially if u don't have ur usb anymore. Hope u got ins.

The phone is almost a year and a half old, and with no USB port, I can't reload the OS. I just bought a used pearl and I'm gonna junk this one or take it to a local dealer and see what they say. Thanks guys!
