So I scratched the screen then decided to put on the invisible sheild (backwards I know), but wanted to replace the lens part of the casing first. Verizon said they won't do it. The manager of the store actually told me the scratch wouldn't bother him. Thanks, maybe I should key his car.... So anyway who has changed the screen and what do I need to do, yes I know it voids warrenty. But I want a nice screen to protect. Thanks

You have scratched the plastic case covering the very fragile screen.
