I have an 8330 and need some advice on either how to fix ringtones or a better ringtone manager.

I have installed bChat and tried to alter the normal ringtone so that it beeps when it gets a message. Also tried the same thing wtih Facebook notifications and emails. Nothing changes.

I can alter them in Loud profile.

help or advice please. Thank you.

what steps are you taking...

I go to the avanced normal, click on the application (bchat, facebook, email) and then change the out of holster ring and volume.

Go to Profiles >Advanced >Hit Menu >Edit. You can change alerts for everything there...

Yes, that's what I did. My problem is, it doesn't change on the Normal setting.

I'm trying to remember if there was a profile bug in that OS, it had many bugs to begin with. One of them being the dreaded "Speakerphone Blast" Let's see what the others have to say...
