    I am trying to download ringtones on my BB Curve 8530 put I have to use a PIN in the process. I went to options, then status and get my pin but my PIN does not work, it appears to long. Any suggestions

    Is the site asking for your BlackBerry Device PIN? And why would the site need your PIN?

    If that's the case, are you sure that you are entering it correctly? Try copying and pasting.

    The BlackBerry Device PIN is an eight character Hexademical number.
