I have followed all instructions that I found online however I am still having trouble changing my ringtone on my new BB Curve 8320. Can someone PLEASE help me!!!!!

Also, my alarm tone is set however it is still silent when it goes off....

Go to your "profiles" in your menu. The icon looks like a bullhorn. Scroll down to the bottom and select "advanced". Then click on the profile that has "active" beside it. Then you will see options to the alerts etc. That you can change the tone for.

When you go to the alarm on your menu, make sure you have the tone set with out the vibrate option and see if that works.

I can't edit my above post but wanted to add that when you go to set your alarm you need to make sure you have the volume turned to high. Not low.
