I have the 8330(curve) and so does my friend. He doesn't have a media card and I do. When we both download a ringtone from Tuneusin.com, mine will work and his will say it downloaded but will not show up in his ringtones. When we find his it says 0kb. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
No thats the only place we can even find the file. It shows up there and when you try to play it, you get a message that its the wrong file type, but the same files work on my phone.
Finally found that after I dumped some pictures, I was able to save and play them. Must be limited media memory. See if your friend has other music or vids or pics that could be dropped and if that frees up space for new ringtones. Worked for me.
