Vibe works, and my ringtones work in Media, but when people call or text me, I need to have my profile set to vibe or loud, otherwise I won't hear/feel the call. Kinda bugging me a bit.
Anyone know how to fix that, or do I have to send my phone in?
Advanced then edit the profile you want. Is it set to mute?
Yeah I've already been playing around in my advanced profile. It's not set to mute. I don't suppose this would be because I just put in my media card, is it? The ringtones work in my media (though, for some reason, my handset wasn't activated, but I fixed that), so I don't see why that would be the problem- but who knows.
