    I don't think you can. If you can I don't see how you could. But maybe I'm wrong. The times I've used it (years ago!) You had to purchase one from the ones they already had in their system.

    no, you cannot.

    you have to sign up for the ringback tone service, with fees monthly, and buy each tone.
