When I call other people it shows restricted on their caller I'd even if they have me as a contact.how can I change it back it used to show my name and number.thank you

If you open the phone, and then select options, there's an option to restrict your number, I think the choices are on, off, and carrier dependent. I think the manual said the carrier may override what you select on the phone even if you turn it on or off.
