I'm a total newbie, so I apologize--I didn't see the question posted previously.

I recently experienced a JVM error 513 on my BBY 8320...I never made a backup using the desktop sync software...can Verizon restore the data for me (contacts, SMSes, vmails, calendar, etc.)?

No backup = no data.

Unless you can recover the data from your BB.

Have you tried the battery pulls?

Have you ever upgraded your OS on your BB using Desktop Manager to load the OS? If you have, then there should be a loader backup file on your PC that you can use to restore from.
