    I have an BB8330 that when click reply to a received email, it doesn't give me a send option after I type the reply. I can only save as draft. When I look at the original received email, the top of the email above the Message Status says, "Received Using: Unknown". This is very frustrating that I can't do a direct reply. Help needed.

    Well, you need to tell us .....

    What carrier you are on. And what OS version is on the device.

    In order to resend your Service Books, you need to log in to your BIS (for your carrier) page from a computer, click on Help, and click Send Service Books.

    If you have OS version 5.0, you can do it from the Email Settings icon on the device.
