since I still have the 8330, which I love becasue of the keyboard...if it breaks what will I get as a replacement through the insurance. ?

probably a better question for who ever you have you insurance through. Depending on the agreement it could be a like for like model, such as an 8520 or they may give you an option.

Since my insurance copay was $100, I got a new one off of ebay for $79.00 about one month ago. It's (was) perfect!!! well, until I gave it a drink of diet coke and it didn't like it. So I went back to ebay and found one for $43!! A little concerned with this one because it sucks the battery dry in less than 6 hours.... Just be-careful who you buy from!!
