Welcome to CB!
Go to Options>Advanced Options>Applications and highlight, then hit Menu delete the ones you don't want.

I just tried removing weathereye, and while it no longer exists in the application list, the icon remains and the program still runs. I rebooted as directed. Thanks for any ideas...
