Hi All i am sorry if this has been covered b4, but can anyone tell me how to reinstall the os on the curve . My provider tells me there is a problem with my os and gave me a link to the correct download side , but the Desktop software will not show the upgrade as its allready on the curve. Is there a way to manually reinstall ? or revert back to old os. I have tried to wipe phone but the os remains the same.
