We are switching to AT&T from Sprint and my g/f was looking at buying a refurbished curve from AT&T but is wondering what she will compromise by doing this and if there will be any possible chance of scratches and such on it. If anyone has one or had any experiences with one could you please let me know.

I have a refurbished 8310 from At&t. Could not even tell a difference from a brand new one. It has worked excellent.

You have no worries at all. You probably would
not be able to tell the difference is it were sitting next to a new one.
My refurb has never let me down. Go for it.
